It was an inspiring day at the Verdugo Hills A Cappella Scholarship Festival with incredible choirs from all over Southern California performing amazing pieces!
Our own VHS Chamber Choir performed beautifully with two meaningful and powerful pieces - “Creeks” and “Tsela”, and for the third year in a row, they took home the FIRST PLACE trophy and plaque (tied with John Burroughs H.S.) as well as a cash prize of $8,500.
