Valencia Choir's Treble Vocal Ensemble and Concert Choir traveled to San Luis Obispo to participate in the 2023 Central Coast Spring Choral Festival held at the Cal Poly SLO Performing Arts Center.
Treble Vocal Ensemble performed the following pieces:
- El Vito arranged by Joni Jensen
- Storm is Passing Over arranged by Charles Tindley and adapted by VHS Senior Brooke Jones
- Kafal Sviri by Petar Lyondev
Vikings Concert Choir performed the following pieces:
- Sanctus from Mozart's Requiem in D minor
- Africa (Sacred Harp Hymnal, Shape Note) by Williams Billings, Isaac Watts and rranged by Christine Mocha and the Valencia HS Choir
- I'm gonna Sing 'til the Spirit Moves in My Heart by Moses Hogan
